I will introduce you to my powerful 3 Step Process I created showing you exactly how you can wave goodbye to the explosive arguments, door slamming and high drama that causes tension between you and your teen and transform your relationship into a warm, open and respectful one, so you and your family can live a happy and less stressful life.
Through my powerful 3 step process I will introduce you to Polyvagal Principles of the nervous system in a language that won't bamboozle you. I guarantee explaining It to you my way - you will understand your teen better in less than 10 mins so you can start implementing the learning ASAP.
We will build on day 1's learning and you'll start to gather information about what your nervous system is doing throughout the day by tracking your states. Don't worry I will explain how to do this without it being a drag or taking up a lot of time. Plus you will have the group to stay accountable.
Again we will build on day one and day two's learning and here we are learning to start recognising the stories we tell ourselves throughout the day. We will begin to understand how they link to our states and have mini challenges incorporated during the day.
Whoop you've made it to the end of the 4 day challenge! Again we'll build on the previous days tasks, learn about sensations in our body, what they tell us and why we need to connect with them. In the evening we will wrap things up with prize giveaways & goodbyes.
Whilst this challenge doesn’t specifically address such unique circumstances, the principles we will cover will support you in dealing with the challenges such as meltdowns and dysregulation.
And, as I have dyslexia, dyspraxia, and ADHD myself, I am familiar with the difficulties that these can present in your child’s life.

My name is Yasmin, and I’m a therapist and coach specialising in relationships, trauma, and parenting. I am also neurodivergent. I have dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD.
I aim to break generational patterns of negative behaviour for families to form good, solid relationships with each other. I have helped countless families break down their barriers with communication so they can address their issues and enjoy a positive, stress-free, and loving relationship with their teens.
I am a mum of teenagers myself. My relationship with them never used to be the way it is today. I have been right where you are now, attempting to navigate a challenging relationship with a teen and failing. Through personal development and self-reflection, I made a discovery exactly how to get our relationship back on track. And, I am thankful to say we have now come out the other side and enjoy a strong and successful relationship.
