So yesterday you were asked to track your states. If you need to recap or you didn’t have time you can find day one details below at the bottom of the page.
Today is Day 2, where we’ll learn how depending on our physiological “state” – it influences the story we tell ourselves. By story I means the internal voice. For example, if we are in mobilised or immobilised state, our internal voice may become critical, leading us to doubt our abilities or judge ourselves or others harshly.
Todays task will be about tracking your states & stories. We are building on yesterday's information gathering exercise. In this video you will learn more about the stories we create and the days task will be learning to recognise the different "stories" you create during the day.
After watching the video, download the "States" & "Stories" Tracker Worksheets (at bottom of page) The worksheet will help you recognise your "stories" created (another way of viewing it is that internal critical voice) covered in the video through this challenge. This exercise, builds on day
I encourage you to join our dedicated Facebook group and post your insights and "Aha!" moments in the Day 2 thread. This will allow us to create a supportive community where we can share our experiences and learn from one another. Click "3" to go to group.
For 30 mins I will go live in the Facebook group each night to catch up on the day. Each day I will be giving a pack of the "What's Your State? cards away to the person who has had a major insight on their day.
