SHIPPING OF ITEMS
Orders will be sent via standard Royal Mail Parcel Service, or by courier for larger orders. If you would like your order to be tracked and signed for please select this option on the website shop when ordering.
We can arrange insurance for larger orders- please email if you would like us to do this, this will be charged at cost.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS – RETURNS
There is no refund on digital products – whether downloads or digital programs.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS – RETURNS
You have fourteen calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Please email us to get details on where to send to. Please also include in your email your receipt and order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. That means the shrink wrapping must remain unopened.
Your item must be in the original packaging and unopened.
Cellophane opened returns are not be accepted.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within thirty days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
SHIPPING RETURN ITEMS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
