Are you looking for restorative approaches for your community? We help build "Polyvagal Aware " communities that are "trauma-informed & beyond".

Our message is being trauma-informed alone is no longer enough - let's work to go beyond! Through Polyvagal Teen® psychoeducation resources and training - we also aim for trauma prevention, stress reduction and cultivation of safety and connection in our communities. Whilst raising awareness of the adverse impact socio-economic challenges have on our nervous systems and relationships.

Through engaging & relatable psycho-education we support young people and adults take control of their relationships by helping them to connect their behaviours to their emotions and recognise their somatic experience.

Our restorative programs offer psychoeducation, guidance, practical solutions, somatic and emotional support strategies so skills can be developed necessary for healthy connection and self-expression. Building a toolkit that will offer life long skills to share with others.

As a parent or guardian, teacher, counsellor, social worker  or any other professional working with young people or families, you can support an increase in resilience by teaching about connecting emotions to behaviours and how to constructively resolve conflict in everyday lives. They will gain practical tools to feel empowered in communication and have greater understanding of boundaries – both with themselves and others.

Get started on helping yourself or those around you reach their true potentials when it comes to connecting with one another – browse our programs or get intouch with us today and find out how we can support you and your organisation through creating a customised restorative approach.
